Starting a mindfulness practice can feel daunting, but it is actually quite simple. It doesn't require special equipment or a lot of time. It simply requires an intention to be present.
The best way to start is small. Don't aim for an hour of meditation immediately. Start with 5 minutes. Consistency is far more important than duration.
In an age of distraction, the ability to focus is a superpower. Mindfulness trains the brain to sustain attention and ignore distractions. This leads to greater productivity and a deeper sense of flow in our work and hobbies.

Remember, there is no 'good' or 'bad' meditation. The moment you realize you were distracted, you have returned to mindfulness. That moment of realization is the practice.
