As per the decision of the registered social organization under the Act of 2034 B.S., I hereby submit this application to obtain membership in the Buddhist Society of Nepal, a non-political and non-religious organization that operates with the aim of service and goodwill.
I pledge to abide by the organization's rules and regulations. If found acting against the organization's code of conduct, I accept that my membership may be canceled. For membership, a copy of the citizenship certificate and a passport-size photo are mandatory.
